You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of the Philippines to register and play on 11ph5. One account per person. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited after payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform. KYC verification is required before first withdrawal.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or exploiting promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and possible account suspension.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and, where applicable, PAGCOR regulatory processes.

11ph5 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 11ph5 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested for Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification purposes. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 11ph5 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify 11ph5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 11ph5 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
KYC Verification: 11ph5 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
All financial transactions on the 11ph5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 11ph5 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 11ph5 wallet upon confirmation of payment from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the Platform. 11ph5 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit, unless otherwise approved by 11ph5 compliance. Processing times vary by payment method and are stated on the Platform. 11ph5 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at 11ph5's discretion.
Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 11ph5 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
11ph5 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 11ph5 will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its internal procedures. 11ph5's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11ph5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the 11ph5 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of 11ph5 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 11ph5.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 11ph5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
11ph5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 11ph5 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11ph5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
11ph5 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11ph5 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 11ph5, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 11ph5 support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Where 11ph5 operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework, players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels as a regulatory escalation path.
